It's not mandatory per se that all good things come to an end. It's just better that shit works that way. Makes the good stuff a hell lot sweeter. 'course that means the anticipation's pretty bad as well.

With that, we leave the kick ass long weekend behind. Enter short-week-that's-so-short-it's-not-worth-coming-to-school. Vesak Day, School day, School HOLIday, GP Mid Years, Hist Mid Years.

You'd think they'll just give Tuesday off. But no. School administration's stupid. When did they have half a brain anyway? Oh wait. Don't belong in the same sentence.

Anyway, had a small early celebration for my birthday, because some relatives couldn't make it. Since MC might not be available, I called Darren and him along. Simple affair, really. Home cooked dishes and other outside food. Dad got smart and ordered Fish & Co. (Because the new maid's cooking is terribad.)

Wasted the rest of the weekend as usual, and I feel so goddamned good about it. Ahhhhh. I deserve damnnit, having finished my Chem, Econs, GP and History smut. Pagh.
It's my mid years this week and I'm not even worried! See, that's because I'm already one feet into the grave. For someone who's had a crapload of problems adjusting, I think I'm borderline excusable.

That's right Ian, keep finding sorry excuses for yourself and keep putting things off. You'll get somewhere, real fast. Yeeeeeah.

Oh, and I feel a lil obliged to say something, them earthquake in China and cyclone in Myanmar. Well China does have a crapload of people.. soo... yeah. Doubt the government cares about the people. They're doing something because they'd seem inhumane to the rest of the world otherwise. Not so good for the politics eh? Politicians are the dirtiest, most cunning creatures on Earth. If you can't play their game, don't even think of joining 'em. As for Myanmar... greedy bastards much? So you take our money but don't let our aid workers in. No one wants to influence your people and government damnnit. Just let us help already.

I do realize this little corner of the internet's garnered some... unnecessary publicity. So a chunk of the previous post has been promptly dealt with. I'll put it back when this crap blows over. I don't need people setting me on fire.

Gooo CJ! <\3.

As a parting note, the lil issue which I thought I could've been wrong about? Well turns out I was right all along. No blunder there; feels good. Though there's been an unexpected - I wouldn't say I'm happy about it, but it's unexpected. But I guess.. hell, shouldn't dwell on it.
